Description

When change the Windows theme (Vista Theme or Classic Theme), the Timetracker window is no well displayed.

This was caused by a bug on the opensource tab control (Crownwood.Magic.Controls.TabControl) that I've managed to fix.
Steps to replicate the bug:

1. Start timetracker
2. Go to the Edit project page
3. Minimize the aplication
4. Change windows theme (e.g.: to the High Contrast theme)
5. Change back to previous default theme (this step is optional)
6. Double click the timetracker tray icon to open the window
