Timetracker

Hi!

It would be great if there was a plugin that would:
1. Notify me periodically (configurable) to check I am still working on the same task
2. Notify me after an idle period if I have been working on the task the whole time, if the time should be applied to another task, or if the time should be edited. ie I may go to a meeting and then lunch but forget to change the stop time of that task
